1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing getpurist.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, that's fine—but you can't use our website or buy our stuff.

2. Our Products

PURIST manufactures and sells dietary supplements. These are not medications. They're not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you're sick, see a doctor. If you're taking medications, talk to your healthcare provider before starting any supplements.

3. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order:

• You're making an offer to purchase

• We'll send an email confirming receipt (this isn't acceptance)

• We accept your offer when we ship your products

• We reserve the right to refuse any order

• Prices are in AUD and include GST

• Payment is processed immediately

4. Shipping

We ship throughout Australia via Australia Post or courier services. International shipping is not currently available. Standard shipping times are 3-7 business days from dispatch. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or acts of God (though we'll do our best to help).

5. Returns and Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee on your first order of any product. Used or unused, we don't care. Just email us at hello@getpurist.com. Return shipping is on you. Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew at your chosen frequency. You can cancel, pause, or modify anytime through your account. No minimum commitment. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle. More details in our Subscription Terms below.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site (text, images, that beautiful logo) belongs to PURIST. You can't use it without our written permission. Your reviews and feedback? You grant us permission to use them however we want (though we'll never attribute something to you that you didn't say).

8. Privacy

We collect your data to process orders and make your experience better. We don't sell it. Ever. Full details in our Privacy Policy below.

9. Disclaimers

Our website is provided "as is." We make no warranties about continuous availability, though we try to keep it running 24/7. Product information is accurate to the best of our knowledge, but humans make mistakes. If you spot one, tell us.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the products. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This is standard legal stuff, but basically: we're responsible for our products being what we say they are.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold PURIST harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our products. Don't do weird stuff with our supplements.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Queensland law. Any disputes will be resolved in Queensland courts. Though honestly, we'd rather just sort things out over email.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify you by email. Continued use means acceptance. The date at the top shows the last update.
