The 30-Day PURIST Promise

Not Feeling It? No Problem.

We're confident you'll love PURIST. But if you don't, we'll refund you. Simple as that.

How It Works:

1. First-Time Orders

Try any product risk-free for 30 days. Don't like it? Full refund. Used the whole bottle? Still a full refund. We're serious about this.

2. Subscription Orders

Quality issues? We'll replace or refund immediately. Changed your mind? Cancel anytime—but subscriptions aren't covered by the 30-day guarantee after your first order.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Photo of the issue + quick email = immediate replacement. Keep the damaged product. Consider it a gift from our shipping department's butterfingers.

The Return Process

Step 1: Email Us 

Send a quick note to hello@getpurist.com with:

  • Process and ship your orders

  • Send order confirmations and shipping updates

  • Process refunds

  • Manage subscriptions
     

Step 2: We Respond

Within 24 hours (usually faster), we'll send:

  • Return authorization

  • Shipping instructions

  • Prepaid label (for damaged/incorrect items)
     

Step 3: Ship It Back 

Pack it up (doesn't need to be pretty) Drop at post office For first-time returns: you cover shipping (usually $10-15) For our mistakes: we cover everything

Step 4: Get Your Money

Refund processed within 48 hours of receipt Back to your original payment method Bank processing: 3-5 business days

What's Covered

Full Refund:

  • First order of any product within 30 days

Store Credit Option:

  • Prefer to try something different?

  • We'll add 10% bonus credit

What's Not Covered

Be Reasonable:

  • Subscriptions after the first order (cancel instead)

  • Orders over 30 days old (except quality issues)

  • Multiple returns of the same product (we see you)

  • Products purchased from other retailers

Damaged in Shipping?

Immediate Resolution:

  • Email photo to hello@getpurist.com

  • Replacement ships same day

  • No return needed

  • Extra samples for the inconvenience

Wrong Product?

Our Bad:

  • Keep it (gift to a friend?)

  • Correct order ships immediately

  • Free express shipping

  • 20% off your next order as an apology

Quality Concerns?

International Returns

Currently, we only ship within Australia. International orders coming soon.
