How It Works:
1. First-Time Orders
Try any product risk-free for 30 days. Don't like it? Full refund. Used the whole bottle? Still a full refund. We're serious about this.
2. Subscription Orders
Quality issues? We'll replace or refund immediately. Changed your mind? Cancel anytime—but subscriptions aren't covered by the 30-day guarantee after your first order.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Photo of the issue + quick email = immediate replacement. Keep the damaged product. Consider it a gift from our shipping department's butterfingers.
